To meet the variegated demands of the clients, our company is instrumental in offering excellent quality range of Tractor Operated Chaff Cutter (Upward Blower Model Mobile Type). Features: KEW make Tractor PTO operated type both upward and downward blower model chaff cutter is mainly developed for commercial use and for dairy farms with 100 or more animals. It is fitted on a heavy angle iron chassis with axle driven by pneumatic wheels, which is attached with a hook to get connected with the tractor for moving the machine from place to place. It consists of forward and reverse mechanism by using bevel pinion gear system for instantly changing the motion. This avoids choking of the machine. Length of the fodder can be changed by the way of adjusting the gear lever instantly. All gears are duly hardened. The fly wheel of the machine has six fan blades that throw the chaffed material upto 10 to 15 feet or into the trolley which can be attached to the machine. The machine is attached to the tractor with a P.T.O shaft. It can also be operated while on the move. It can chaff Sugarcane, Jowar, Maize, Barseem grass both dry and green. Output Capacity : Green Fodder 2500 to 3000 Kgs per hour (approximately) Dry fodder 1500 to 2000 Kgs per hour (approximately) Technical Instructions : Operated by any Tractor through PTO shaft or any equivalent power electric motor. Length of cut from 10mm to 50mm approximately. Before starting the machine, fill the main gear box with 200 to 250 ml lubricating oil No. 90 and the outer gear box with 100 to 150 ml lubricating oil No. 90. Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1mm or 1.5mm between blades and mouth piece.
